Good location near venue for easy access, Enjoyed the fact the golf club was available for use and that staff where friendly

No sanitary products available this includes bins in toilets both on site and at golf club house. Free breakfast, tea and coffee was a joke no machines plugged in or up and running until at least 10am when you wanted to be at venue. Run out of bread every morning and no butter for toast for 3 out of the 4 days. Tents where being emptied even though they where still occupied causing midnight arguments when people returned to find there things moved and no beds to sleep in and at this stage most staff where intoxicated and leaving lengthy waits with no examination to return said beds

Location to Race Track

Beds were not as advertised in pictures - pictures show a large full size blow up bed and on arrival only mattress they had available was skinny ones a few centimetres off the floor - complete false advertising. Tent had bird poo all over and zips didn’t work on one lower half there is more but I think that’s enough

Perfect for attending the Grand Prix. Blow up mattresses were comfortable and the facilities were very good. Glamping tent was spacious enough for two people. Was given a tent towards the outside of the site - it was good to be a distance away from the main facilities where entertainment was happening. Staff were super helpful and friendly. They made the stay great. Golden Mile coffee stand on the way to the track is the best coffee in Silverstone and there is hardly a queue in the morning - do not skip it!

Showers were quite far away (200m).

We did not get what was advertised on the booking. It was difficult to get to. The shared bathrooms were nothing like the pictures on the booking. When we arrived there was no bed, pillows or bedding. The breakfast provided was poor and we had to buy more

The location was good, and the staff provided an acceptable service, I had a couple of issues at the start that were rectified without any issues.

The information supplied was very misleading, it was made to sound far better than it actually was, the entertainment was just on for 1 night, there was supposed to be a pizza van for late night snack, never sore that and a snack shop through the day, that I also never sore, and communal bbq which never was, for the money spent I found this quite disappointing.

The breakfast was advertised as a continental one however, the selection of food was very basic. I would have expected fruit, pastries and yogurts rather than just cereals and toast. There was free tea and coffee but there was a problem with the water boiler and no cups were offered if you did not provide your own. A full English was an option although the extra price of £13.50 served on cardboard plates and wooden cutlery.

The standard of tents were poor and pitched very close to each other which meant there was not much privacy and quiet, especially at night. There was a potential health and safety issue with cars parked directly behind and too close to accommodation. Shortly after our arrival, a member of staff told us that we would have to move tents which would have been inconvenient after we had already unpacked. Another member of staff then had an argument with the first staff member about another guest being asked to move. In the end we did not have to move but this situation did cause us concern and uneccessary stress.
