Villaggio eccellente, posizione stupenda, SPA di alto livello, buffet eccezionale, servizi ottimi. Meraviglioso, oltre ogni aspettativa. Complimenti ai gestori. Camera premium con King size Bed nell'area adulti e vicino alla piscina riscaldata è stata la scelta migliore.

Lo staff che ti accontenta in tutto, la pulizia sempre eccellente, il ristorante che varia ogni giorno e fa sempre pietanze buonissime e di qualità. Tanti servizi e mare bellissimo

Niente, danno solo un po’ fastidio quelli che ti disturbano mentre sei al mare o in piscina a rilassarti per venderti dei servizi (ogni mezz’ora), e le spezie di certi cibi che rendevano difficile digerirlo. E l’unica cosa che non ci è piaciuta è il ristorante italiano Dolce Vita che tralasciando la pizza il resto non sapeva di niente

La gentilezza e cortesia di tutto lo staff e la pulizia

Solo un suggerimento: da persona intollerante ad alcuni alimenti, suggerirei di prevedere indicazioni degli allergeni di fianco a ciascuna prodotto proposto al buffet

De ruimte en grootte van het resort. Brede lanen, laagbouw van de hotelkamers in kleine units. Het ponton met prachtig rif om te snorkelen. De vele zwembaden en het kleinere specialiteitenrestaurant waar je ook kon ontbijten.

De gigantische eetzaal van het hoofdrestaurant met het eten in grote bakken om warm te blijven (grootkeuken). De standjes met live coocking waren wel heel goed.

Almost everything!! Beautiful. Pier out to coral reef. Nice layout. Exceptional staff. Exceptional food. Very good protection of the reef by staff.

Have to nitpick to find something… beds weren’t bad, but could b better. No business center (staff did let me use a computer).. but if u r here, really, you shouldn’t be working!

I liked everything there from the room, the view every day from my balcony, the heated pool, the bars with the most nice waiters special sunset bar It is super amazing, the beach, the main restaurant till the italian resturants there. I loved everyone there like Sharkawy at the reception he is super helpful and was calling me every other day to make sure I don't face any problems. As well Atef the waiter in the main resturant he is super nice person and very quite and smiling once I took a table he brought me my usual soda and I can not forget Mohamed the waiters supervisior in the main restaurant he is super nice, super professional and helpful with a big smile and he offers me a glass of water and apple juice every breakfast without even asking for. Also the lady who is making the egyptian bread, loved her for being kind and sweet with this wonderful taste bread. I consider myself super pickey to food but I like the meals there, they offer varities with tatse and the chiefs and executive chief helped me so much regarding the food, once they see me holding my plate they offer me to try this or that (And I really liked what they offered). I had a wonderful stay . It's the most amazing relaible secure hotel I have ever been.
