الفندق فاق كل توقعاتي بداية من الريسيبشن وحسن الاستقبال وشكر خاص ل مستر شرقاوي في ثواني معدوده كانت الاوضه جاهزه وكان خدوم جدا. ‏‎كل تفصيلة خلال اقامتنا كانت ممتازة نضافة الاوض و حمامات السباحة. ‏‎من ناحية اخرى المطعم كان من افضل المطاعم اللي دخلتها عموما سواء في النضافه او الطعم اوحسن الاستقبال وده طبعا مكنش هيحصل من غير الادارة الممتازة للمطعم من مستر احمد علي بجد انسان قمة الذوق والتواضع خلانا خلال اقامتنا حاسين انه بيت تاني لينا مش مجرد فندق. كل حاجه في المطعم كانت بتجيلنا وبزيادة و اهتمام بكل التفاصيل بطريقة مبهرة.. ‏‎وازيد الشكر لمستر محمد ومستر وليد من المطعم. بالنسبة لتجربة البحر كانت جميلة بشكل لا يوصف المارينا ممتازه والسنوركلينج فيها يغني عن أي شاطئ خارجي والبحر غني جدا بالشعاب واشكال اسماك حلوه اوي وكان فيه هناك عامل اسمه مصطفى ساعد جدا ان التجربه دي تبقى حلوة. معتقدش ابدا اني هفكر في اي فندق تاني لو جايه مرسى علم في أي وقت The hotel truly exceeded my expectations from moment we arrived. Special thanks to Mr. Sharkawy for the warm welcome and quick room preparation — he was extremely helpful and professional. ‏The rooms, pools, and overall cleanliness were excellent. The restaurant was one of the best parts of the experience, with amazing food, great hospitality, and outstanding management by Mr. Ahmed Ali, who made us feel completely at home. Special thanks as well to Mr. Mohamed and Mr. Walid from the restaurant team. ‏The sea experience was unforgettable — the marina was excellent, the snorkeling was amazing, and the coral reefs and fish were beautiful. Thanks also to Mostafa for helping make the experience even better. ‏I honestly wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else when visiting Marsa Alam again.
