We’ve stayed at boundary waters several times. The staff is very nice and friendly. It was also very nice that the kayaks were free to use. We’re coming back in October with our parents.

Nice lake view.

Dated room, poor internet. Room was up 2 flights of steps, no elevator. We are seniors and it was too hard to get up all the steps with our bags.

LOVED the location, the amenities in our suite, the cleanliness and condition of the docks, the pleasant staff. This suite allowed us to visit with family living in Hiawassee and finally take our boat out on Lake Chatuge with the convenience of docking the boat on site. The room was very nicely furnished, and the kitchen was extremely well outfitted with everything we needed to have a meal in on our only night there. The bathroom was clean and the bed comfy. And the kitchen utensils/pots/pans were of great quality. We will try our best to stay here on our next visit.

I LOVE my pets, but they do not travel with me, and though they do come into my house when weather conditions call for their protection, they do not live in my house. When I travel, I seek accommodations that specifically state that no pets are allowed so that I do not have to endure the remnants of someone else's animal's hair in my living quarters. This property was advertised as pet free/no pets allowed. Though I will return, upon check-in, I will inspect for pet hair the next time because quite obviously, someone took advantage of the rules and bunked with their white animal in the room we used.
