"Average at Best ! Expected More."

The service was very good especially in the front office.

The bar did not have half the cocktails available. The buffet lunch was average at best and with limited Non Vegetarian options. The evening tea was also underwhelming (did not even have black tea!). There was no hill or village views from anywhere.

Well dis was the first property of marriott which I really not enjoyed.. hmmm not much to like but if I have to tell den it would be the dinner time chef who was able to cook a decent meal as we were not able tofound one.so it was the chef kind behavior

management... u have high tea at pool side ... you have a reception n waiting room at pool side .. bar at pool side .. play area at pool side .. tombola game at pool side ... clay or outdoor game at pool side.... so it was not relax ...it was crowded it was like a mela going on... its better u split areas n utilize our garden for games n high tea n dinner times u have so many room n guestbut not have a proper space ... u have people noise oll around of cooking food ... people talking n a loud live music .. which is really not a 5 star dinner or high tea or brkfast ... with dat ... it was an occasion for which we visited n had a clear conversation about room decoration n cake ... but der was nothing dry green leaf stick in my bed " happy birthday " really

property was nice

endless waiting time for checkin , rooms were not ready even past 1 to 3 hours of scheduled checkin which is 3 pm but rooms were given at 5. 15 pm and onwards .. alibi they had a marriage ..house keeping taking time to prep up the room ; so i feel the management is greedy taking complete full house booking -minting profit but not hiring enough housekeeping staff who could timely deliver the rooms. spoiled mood and staycation . just keeping 10 reception staff who could hardly help as rooms were not ready ; they looked helpless clueless . poor show by resort owners and their manager . Almost all the guest in front of us standing there had harrowing time
