The property offers 3 Beach Parking Options: 1- VIP guests citywide streets parking for usd 10 per day, per car (for one car per unit). the streets parking pass allow guests to park anywhere in the city of hollywood on designated streets city parking spaces ( no parking lot-no parking garage). 2- Reserved Beach Parking on site for USD 20 per day, per car. 3- Reserved Beach Parking on next door parking lot for USD 35 per day. Guests be advised that parking rates may vary. Contact property for details. A security deposit of USD 100 and the estimated parking fees are charged upon check-in for a stay of 1 to 3 nights. A security deposit of USD 200 and the estimated parking fees are charged upon check-in for stays of more than 3 days, and each week. We offer 80 Free services and products listed clearly on 1 side page posted in our photos catalogue + 1 side page with 50 products & services & mini bar signed by the guests upon registration + 200 products in our outdoor bar. Since we rent studios 1 & 2 bedroom beach suites with full equipped kitchen, turn over takes about 2 hours for each suite & most of the guests who stay 2+ nights use the kitchen. On our menu we have a final deep cleaning fee of USD 30 for normal cleaning for 2+ nights stay USD 30/h for extra cleaning for guests who really trash their suite + USD 250/ deep steam cleaning for guests smoking inside their suite. City of Hollywood Has implemented a new Streets Parking Pass System for Hotel guests who will have to enter their Tag & pay for Parking Streets daily rate is USD 20/Day + taxes. VIP guest beach parking pass is available at a location nearby (reservation is not needed) and costs USD 10 per day, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, USD 20 per day Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or USD 90 per week. 2+ Nights Stay: Final Deep Cleaning= $30 If Suite is returned extremely Messy, Dirty & Require Extended Cleaning time $30/h will be added upon management discretion.
