Kuda Laut Bungalows & Diving

Un petit paradis, un accueil parfait et la gentillesse de la part de Catherine et son personnel. La surprise du gâteau d’anniversaire le jour même. Le petit déjeuner parfait, la décoration des Bungalows, la tranquillité des lieux et la proximité des restaurants ainsi que le prêt gratuit des vélos.

Wonderful small resort with wonderful hosts! Loved our bungalow as well as the pool area. Close to the beach as well as the main part of the village. We also enjoyed the diving, especially Menjangan (Permuteran is great for nudies and critters!!). We will come back for sure!

Beaucoup de charme, très beau jardin, calme, la patronne très gentille, belle piscine, très bon petit déjeuner.

Kuda Laut heeft een geweldige tuin met zwembad en heeft een relaxte, rustige sfeer. De bungalows zijn met veel smaak ingericht. Vooral de badkamer buiten is fantastisch. De bedden liggen goed. Het personeel is vriendelijk. Ook zonder duik- of snorkelambities is het hier goed toeven. Onze dochter heeft onder begeleiding van Cathrin de 4 duiken in open water gemaakt (die nodig waren om het duikbrevet te halen). Cathrin is een geweldige instructeur met heel erg veel ervaring, met wie mijn dochter met veel plezier dook. Ze heeft veel verstand van de onderwaterwereld. De rest van het gezin had het heel erg getroffen met divemaster Eped. De duiken waren goed verzorgd. We hebben het heel fijn gehad bij Kuda Laut.

Super endroit avec des bungalows très propres et très jolis !! Il n’y a pas énormément d’habitations donc c’est très appréciable d’être tranquille à la piscine. Le jardin est magnifique et tout est à proximité à pied (plage, restos, hôtels avec de beaux équipements sur la plage pour y manger le soir par exemple,...). Catherine est très gentille et propose ses services pour des activités ou encore des transports taxi. Harry qui fait parti du personnel a été TOP, un grand merci à lui qui était à nos petits soins durant notre sejour !! Moi et mon chéri validons ce bel endroit pour un séjour en amoureux 🥰

Peut-être à noter que les prix des activités peuvent être un peu moins cher en passant par des locaux ou personnes rencontrées hors de l’hébergement... mais l’avantage avec Catherine c’est qu’elle s’occupe de tout 👍

Kuda Laut exceeded our expectations. We were very sad to leave at the end of our stay. It has 4 spacious and comfortable bungalows (we took up 2 of them), a beautiful garden full of trees, a lovely pool (which can also be used for diving practice) and large communal restaurant area. Cathrin has created a magical space and it’s impossible not to relax here. Her staff are also lovely and will help with anything. You instantly feel like part of the Kuda Laut family. The beach is a short walk away and so is the main street with a wide choice of restaurants (go to Warung Manis, a short walk away - the food is amazing). Cathrin can also organise guided diving, diving tuition, snorkel trips (eg to Menjangan), dolphin watching etc. Her local knowledge is detailed and she has high standards - so if she recommends something I would feel very comfortable going with it.

No downsides for us. It’s a small but beautiful resort close to the beach and the main street. If you want a bigger resort that is closer to the beach there are other (more generic) options. If you want a super chilled and more unique experience I would recommend Kuda Laut.

Only 4 bungalows in total, so the stay was personable and we were able to get to know the staff.

Nothing, it was perfect

nice bungalow with 2 floors, in a beautiful garden. nice and amazingly clean pool. an on-prem. dive center run with the precision of a Swiss watch. food is also nice: a breakfast with many options; they also provide a simple but very tasty lunch after diving. the location is on a quiet street; it gets really dark at night, but don't worry and just put your scuba light to work on land.
