Southseas Beach Resort and Dive Center

Luogo molto rilassante sul mare e Immerso nel verde. Solo una decina di stanze che si affacciano su un bel giardino. Architettura e materiali eleganti e di buon gusto. Ambiente piccolo e ben curato. Dopo il primo giorno ci si conosce tutti. Anche il personale è molto carino e caloroso. Io lasciavo la porta della camera aperta perché tanto non serve allontanarsi. Comodissimo avere tutto nel raggio di 10 metri dalla stanza: piscina, mare, diving e ristorante senza doversi portare dietro borse. Comodissimo avere il divemaster (Ben) sempre presente. Per fare un’immersione dalla riva basta anche chiederlo sul momento. Ci sono alcune zone di coralli e una grossa tartaruga che vale la pena vedere. Wifi starlink 28 down e 21 up. Un giorno mi sono messo a lavorare dal giardino facendo passare il cavo del computer fuori dalla finestra con il mare sullo sfondo. Stupendo. Letto grande; prese usb vicine al letto; tv con porte hdmi accessibili. Interessanti le vetrate a specchio trasparenti solo dall’interno così si può guardare fuori senza essere osservati. Doccia bella a vedersi ma non molto potente. Giardino molto curato. lenzuola e asciugamani puliti e di buon livello. Sapone shampoo e balsamo buoni. C’è il frigo in camera e ci sono distributori di acqua da usare liberamente. Nei dintorni ci sono altri boutique hotel simili che fanno anche da ristorante. Alla sera ho sentito qualcuno fare karaoke ma complessivamente siamo piuttosto isolati. L’ultimo giorno dovevo prendere l’autobus per Moalboal che non parte dal municipio e mi ci hanno portato in macchina senza chiedere nulla.

Non c’è l’armadio; solo un’asta con 3 attaccapanni e un filo in bagno per stendere. Livello di rumore in camera di notte tra i 40 e i 50 db(z) con principali fonti di disturbo galli, cani e motorini nelle vicinanze. Pulizia buona ma c’è un po’ di polvere in giro, aloni sullo specchio, un po’ di formiche e qualche zanzara. Se siete particolarmente gustosi magari portatevi l’autan.

The property was so serene, clean, and the rooms are big 😇 Food is love as well. The top most worthy to mention are the staff. They are wonderful, and very helpful.

it felt very luxurious for the price and the staff was extremely welcoming and helpful

some of the outdoor facilities like the bathrooms are a bit run down but thats okay since the bathroom in the rooms are clean

Staff was phenomenal! Everyone went out of their way to be as helpful as possible. I dove with Ben twice which was great! Staff helped us book Ticket on the ferry for our next destination. I'd stay here again!

Wonderful staff. Very accommodating and attentive. They value their guests. It’s a very homey property with very relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast was good and easy access to meals at the in-house restaurant. A very wonderful property overall. We would recommend to friends and family.

- there were loads of bugs even inside the room (mosquitoes, ants, spiders and the like) an electric insect repellent would have been useful. Kuya was kind enough and came to the rescue as soon as we asked for help - the bathroom had a leak and the shower was very low (I’m 5’4 and it’s nearly touching my head with no adjustments)
