Nothing !!it was very dirty no hand rails on steps no slip mat in shower curtains look like moths had eaten them cupboards were filth had to wash dishes and cutlery carpet was filthy furnishings were so dirty didn't want to sit on it certainly wouldn't recommend should be condemedscrap it

Caravan was great and was a reasonable price, we really enjoyed our stay.

Didn’t have breakfast was there last year in a different caravan which was very poor and your was good gas I find it

Caravan is in a ideal place for families

The Site itself had poor amenities, but you don't have to go far for shops, pubs and theme park.

The owner was very nice great communication great location caravan very clean let me earlier to caravan excellent overall

Property was nicely decorated (especially the children’s rooms) and quite spacious. There was a nice wooden bench to sit on outside the caravan too. Location was good as it was only a short walk to the beach front/strip and the local village, so plenty of options for food and entertainment. There’s also a family club with bar and arcade etc and launderette onsite. We had a lovely time here - overall a good caravan to stay in and an ideal area for families.

In need of some care and repair with quite a few items and furnishings showing signs of damage and general wear and tear. In most cases not too much of an issue but did cut my leg on the broken wood on the steps (I’ll let the owner know so this can be repaired). Was a little dirty in some areas, more than I would’ve expected on arrival but nothing terrible so didn’t cause us any issues. With regards to comfort, the sofa was broken down one end and the mattresses were very thin so could feel the wood underneath but still ok to sleep on. No problems with location or facilities.
