"Great holiday marred by not great caravan"

Good location, washing line, nice shower but door was broken

Dirty kitchen spent an hour cleaning it, vacuum cleaner was jammed full, musty smell, gas fire not working, only picture shown was of bathroom but didn’t show broken shower door, handle on bedroom door hanging off, rusty window frames, no way of lighting cooker when contacted owner was given a very rude response, had to buy a barbecue lighter.

"Would have been an amazing stay if we could have had hot water."

We liked the beds. Very comfortable. The main room was nice and relaxing to be in.

We couldn’t work the stove. There was very limited heating. We had no hot water only cold water throughout our stay.
