All staff were excellant, including those working after normal hours

Could not get DVD player to work

The location was great. Right across from the beach and walking distance to Cole’s, chemist, dining venues and more

This is our favourite place on the coast.

Full self-catering apartment with excellent facilities.

Close to everything we needed we will return

The sliding doors wire security screens need to be replaced look very dirty

Location, pool table, spaces to relax, not too busy

Lift wasnt working, coffee machine wasnt working, lack of coffee and hot chocolate, spa jets not working, requested high room or room with a view and booked weeks in advance but we were given a low room with no view. We were told to book through bookings but there was no option for us to select high floor with a view.

Close to the beach and exceptional customer service!

Still under construction on the highway in front of the hotel although it doesn't affect accommodation and sleep at night but traffic is a bit annoying.
