Property Notice: Elevator replacement works will be underway from July to December 2026. One lift will be out of service at a time, and guests may experience longer wait times and intermittent noise disruptions. "Good location if your apartment is on the beach side (The Esplanade)."

The apartments located on the beach side are in a good location however I don't recommend staying in the apartments at the back as they are adjacent to the Gold Coast Highway, where construction is proceeding on the Gold Coast Light Rail. The manager kindly agreed to move us to the beach side, due to the construction noise.

i loved that it was so close to the beach and the amenities were amazing! a mini golf, spa, heated indoor poor and the gaming room were amazing!

"Great place to stay and certainly come back again soon"

Great location, great facilities, friendly and helpful staff. Close to reliable public transport (short bus trip to train station and the train trip was only $0.50 to Brisbane from the Gold Coast). Great place to stay over our the winter months and certainly be back next year. Thanks Nick and Fiona

"Awesome Management"

The managerJimmy went over and beyond to accommodate our needs. During a stressful time, his kindness and concern was greatly appreciated. He followed up with us and we were very grateful. We had an amazing week--end and will definitely go back.
