It was very hot in side the owners live in the house with not one but three dogs I paid for 6 nites only stayed one did not get a refund for any of my money would not recommend!! you share a bathroom with people from other rooms . Very unpleasant you have 0 cell service they have Wi-Fi but it isn’t very good

I loved the friendliness of the hosts and flexibility. We booked the wrong day, but they allowed us the same accommodations that we had booked. It was a great value, quiet, and very restful. We went for a funeral and the farm was in 20 minutes of the cemetery. I had not ever stayed in a Bed and Breakfast, so a room in someone's house was a new concept for us, but it was no different than renting a motel room, until you opened your door to the rest of the home. We were able to visit with the other couple staying there at breakfast and watched hummingbirds at the feeder outside the kitchen picture window.! We live in the country and loved not having to stay in town with all the noise and traffic. Also being able to drink the great tasting well water like at home, was wonderful! It was quite relaxing and great since we were already stressed! Thank you Jimmy and Eric!!!

We really had no complaints; just didn't realize it was a room in someone's house. It was different, but definitely enjoyable! My only complaint was the lighting in the bedroom wasn't very good for putting on makeup. Yes the lights were designed to move , but I couldn't get it right. It was so minor an inconvenience that I went to the desk opened the mini blinds and used my portable mirror.

It was an acceptable and tasty breakfast with coffee available. Eric and Jimmy are amazing people and great conversationalists. I would take staying here over any nearby hotel/motel. Much better value. At night, the stars will mesmerize you.

More respectful people staying there while we stayed. Had to ask them to stfu and turn down the TV at 1130. E&J would have done it but I didn't realize my phone didn't work. Cell service is iffy, but they have a landline, on which they could have been called.

Place was clean. I think it’s great at night to see the stars but unfortunately I couldn’t even stay more than an hour.

There was no phone service at all. The wifi was really bad. It was so hot and the temperature was set at 76. Bed was squeaky and wasn’t comfortable. I had to leave within an hour and couldn’t even use my gps to see which way I should have taken because of no phone service. I was told I would be refunded 50% but I wasn’t. I’m not even sure if they refunded anything. Overall, horrible experience.

We booked the room but weren't aware it was like a bed and breakfast. The room was clean with a bathroom in the room. The home was a normal size 3 bedroom with the owners room at the other end of the residence. A kitchen area that was available for coffee and pastries.

The outside had grass/weeds covering the back fence. The front yard had been mowed. I felt uncomfortable staying in the home with the owners. When booking the Airbnb it didn't read as it was renting a room because we thought it was a small cabin. We decided not to stay and got a hotel. I should have taken pictures because it is not like what was presented compared to the site we saw.
