1. Average room for the price they charge. 2. Few staff in the restaurant always had gutka (chewing tobacco) in their mouth. 3. This property is listed as non-smoking in booking.com. However, the rooms had ash trays and bathrooms stunk of cigarettes.

INIt wasn't good value for money,... although we had complementary breakfast but we only served two pieces of bread and one single omelet...it was just pathetic....
INVery good welcome by the staff The staff are very polite and responsible. Special mention about Mr Sanjib Nath, the overall in charge of thr resort. He looks into every matter with utmost dedication and ensures that all the guests are satisfied.
