Please note that renovation work of the ground floor lobby will be carried out from November 2025 to June 2026. During this period, the reception desk and tour desk will be relocated outside of the lobby from 08:00 to 20:00, and a second reception desk will be available on the second floor all day. Please note that there is a non-refundable 1.4% charge when you pay with a Visa or Mastercard, and a non-refundable 2.75% charge when you pay with an American Express credit card. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. Please note that virtual driving licenses are not accepted as a form of identification. This property requires a credit card pre-authorisation upon check-in to cover any incidental charges. The amounts are as follows: - AUD 300 for One-bedroom & One-bedroom family Apartments - AUD 300 for Two-bedroom Apartments - AUD 500 for Three-bedroom Apartments - AUD 500 for Four-bedroom Executive Apartments - AUD 500 for Four-bedroom Penthouses - AUD 1000 for Three-bedroom Deluxe/Celebrity Suite - AUD 2000 for Presidential Penthouse. Please note that no-shows at the property will result in full accommodation fees. Guests must check in on the first day of the reservation. Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. All rates are un-serviced, unless otherwise stated. Starter amenities will be provided in the apartment, with replacements available for purchase from Reception. A cleaning service is available for an additional chargeGuests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
