Location is excellent

We thought the buffet breakfast was below par,it did not match the actual location on the top deck,amazing views etc.Would be better actually having a breakfast menu that is cooked fresh.....

The view. That is literally the only positive thing I can say about this hotel.

Everything else. This was one of the worst hotel experiences of my life, and I genuinely regret booking this hotel. The first room they gave me had an air conditioner that was completely useless. It barely produced any airflow, and I could not sleep properly on my first night because the room was so uncomfortable. After I complained, the staff checked it themselves and admitted that the air conditioning was weak. Their solution? Bringing a portable air conditioner into the room. I have attached photos. Seeing a portable AC unit inside a hotel room in 2026 is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. The portable unit was not a real solution. It was noisy, uncomfortable, and constantly blew air directly onto the curtains, causing them to move around and create even more noise. I complained again and was eventually moved to a two-bedroom suite with a living room. The air conditioning was better, but that did not solve the hotel’s other problems. The curtains throughout the hotel are completely useless. They block almost none of the sunlight, so the room becomes bright very early in the morning. On top of that, there were constant knocking and rattling noises coming from somewhere in the building. I never found out where they were coming from, but they were extremely annoying. The entire hotel feels old, outdated, and poorly maintained. Even after changing rooms, I was moved from the 40th floor down to the 33rd floor, which was another disappointment. If you want to enjoy your holiday, get proper sleep, and stay somewhere comfortable, avoid this hotel. If you want to spend your trip frustrated, uncomfortable, and regretting your booking, then this is the perfect place for you. The room and location was reasonable. Room did have a great view that we all enjoyed throughout the stay - rain and sunshine. The property has potential to be better with better services and access. Certainly not a 4.5 star in its current condition

Extra's took some time to receive. The bed was not too comfortable - it said King size but it was two beds put together with an obvious break down the middle. There were also building works going on at the time - ok but problem was we were not advised until just before our trip started! This SHOULD have been advised at the time of booking as staff advised renovations had been going for some time and nearly finished. This made it terribly inconvenient for my elderly mother to navigate over our 6 day stay. Communication regarding this was very disappointing especially considering a 6 day stay.
