The property is beautifully located on a quiet mountainside overlooking a river, offering stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. Surrounded by nature, it was the perfect place to relax and unwind, and we truly enjoyed the calm, laid-back vibe. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection and high-quality food. Having a restaurant on-site was also very convenient, as it meant we didn't have to drive into Kutaisi for dinner after a long day of exploring. Overall, the location, tranquility, and convenience made our stay very enjoyable.

The staff could have been friendlier and more hospitable. Among all the places we visited in Georgia, this was the only one where we did not feel the warmth and genuine Georgian hospitality that the country is known for. While the staff were professional and performed their duties adequately, the overall guest experience felt impersonal. Additionally, the cost of using the sauna is extremely high compared to similar facilities elsewhere in Georgia. Given the pricing standards in the region, the fee should be significantly lower or ideally included as a complimentary amenity for guests.
