Many stairs, hard to go up and down We asked in advance to order dinner - even got the menu, and when arrived most of the menu was not available. The 2nd night kitchen was closed due to health inspectiob

The staff is super friendly. very easy to communicate with and served even under the worst rainstorm. The bed is comfortable and the room is equipped with everything you need

Nothing big, but water from the shower was leaking all around the bathroom

We stayed at this hotel for a couple of days and overall had a pleasant experience. The staff were very friendly, spoke good English, and were always helpful. The place offers a nice view and a relaxing atmosphere. However, there were quite a few insects, so keeping the balcony door open wasn’t really possible. The mesh screen door didn’t work well, and insects could still get inside. The layout can also be a bit challenging — the restaurant is on the lowest level and the reception at the top, with steep steps that are hard to climb. Thankfully, the staff helped us carry our luggage. Housekeeping was available, and the receptionist was very responsive. The only downsides were a water cut on the first night, without prior notice, and a kitchen issue that closed the restaurant, so we had to go to the city or order delivery.

Очень большие перепады высоты и тяжёлые ступеньки. Проклинали каждый раз когда нужно было выходить. Ресторан не работал. Запах сырости и плесени в душевой. Маленькая комната, отсутствие даже столика. Очень плохое общее ощущение...

To be in the middle of nature - in the trees! - with all comfort, silence and beautiful surrounding and most helpful, friendly and wonderful staff as well as the best cook.
