Overall property and rooms were very nice.

Breakfast menu can be improved

The view and the beach access is the ONLY reason why you should stay here The staff is good though. But their sweetness will not improve the room quality.

Cleanliness. The rooms shouldn't charge more than 2k per night. It's not worth it. Bathrooms are stained and dirty. The rooms are small and musty. The food is below average The pool was dirty.

One must travel to andaman atleast once in a life time, we visited portblair, Havelock, and Neil island. In portblair we stayed at Adhvasaha beach and spa (amazing location to watch sunrise) swimming pool amid coconut trees along the beach. Although we booked our tickets well in advance, it requires to and fro small trips to different places, ferry bookings, bookings for water sports activities which were made quiet smooth by Gopal Bhaiya contact of whom we found on Trip advisor, the kind of hospitality they offer in such reasonable price makes the experience homely. I didnt liked the overpriced food as if they are taking advantage of being at secluded location.

Awsome Location n specially my room 103. We enjoyed sea view n sunrise from our bed. I want to come again n again.

Food cost. I have ordered 2 special Handi mutton biriyani for my bros fmly. But it was too costly 2400/- for 2 N too worst in taste. Otherwise we njoy the buffet n breakfast is very good.

Room was neat n clean. Interior is good, made up of wood. Restaurant is also good with variety of food availability.

Location is on beach but beach is rocky, you can't enjoy much on that beach.
