"The comfort of the accommodation made the stay so much less stressful."

There was a bit of a hoo ha at the start as although booking had been confirmed and monies paid, there was no booking when we arrived. That was quite stressful as the booking was made because my son was critically ill in hospital and I was there to be close by as I live 200+ miles away. However the staff at reception were very calm and courteous and assured the matter out as quickly as possible. Apparently it was a miscommunication between, I think they said, Hoseasons and booking.com 🤔

"Hidden Cornish Gem"

Beautiful park in a quiet location. The accommodation was of the highest standard and surpassed our every expectation. Every small detail was taken care of. The beautiful donkeys, horses, pygmy goats and guinea pigs were a huge bonus. No noisy entertainment, just quiet countryside. Easy access to the rest of the county. A gem of a place.

Nice views of the surrounding countryside. Animals on site such as goats, chickens, guinea pigs, geese and donkeys, which we enjoyed. The venue seems to be something of a mini animal sanctuary as well as a holiday park. There is one particularly friendly chicken who will venture into your accommodation if you leave the door open! Facilities in the bungalow all worked okay. We were there for five days and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Conveniently close to the Eden Project and various National Trust and English Heritage properties.

The double bed bedroom was somewhat cramped, hence difficult to move around in, particularly at night with the light off. Part of the reason is that the radiator is directly behind the door which thus cannot be opened fully.

On s'est senti chez soi dès les premiers instants. Le logement est super bien équipé, rien ne manque. De plus, il faisait très calme en ce mois de mai. Nous avons pu visiter la région qui est très rurale, très nature, très anglaise. Nous en gardons un très beau souvenir
