This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. I booked this property for one night based on the photos and the price, which was much higher than many other options in the area, but the reality was completely different. The room and bathroom were full of mold, and the overall condition of the property was old, dirty, and poorly maintained. The breakfast was also extremely poor, with almost no choice and a dining area that felt bleak and unpleasant. The most serious issue happened at check-in, when the hotel told me they do not receive payments from Booking.com and asked me to pay again directly at the property. This created a highly stressful situation and caused a duplicate payment problem that took time and effort to deal with afterwards. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

It is very unfriendly foir:- 1. old people - fullof steps . handicapped 0- no wheelchair access except for a ew ramps here and there. the advert said " wheelchair accessible to all areas". The approach to the resort is terrible. The location is remote - which is all right if that is what you want. There are no proper facilities for drivers of vehces ( washroom etc.)

Enjoyed our 2 night stay at this hotel... We went for an ayurvedic massage at the spa ... really enjoyed it... The food at the hotel was very nice. Lots of options to choose from... I definitely book this hotel again.

Great facilities and rooms are big with good views

Location is extremely in accessible and the staff is just not professional or prepared. They gave us a room once we moved in after ten mins another family came and said that’s our rooms then there was a major argument, finally we had to go to another room in another floor . No servers or assistants in the breakfast buffet to help with toasting of bread etc
