The pool was extremely clean, I can say the same about the property and the staff were very friendly. Quite the incredible stay !

Difficult to use all the facilities due to the hilly walks between amenities Wouldn’t recommend the breakfast all food has to be delivered to the rooms ours was cold and not great

Impossible to exchange with the lobby bc they don’t speak any english words. Cigarett butt are present on the rooftop ….

The breakfast only delivered to us one morning and the second no, even though we told time and what we wanted for the rest of our stay, staff gave an excused that we have to comfirm each day, and it was terrible taste

1. The place damm and smells horrible from mold, ask for the , hardly can breathe or sleep 2. Staff not very helpful when asked for more info , they only cleaned our accommodation once in 3 nights of our stay 3. Water drops from roof, can’t use the top roof because no chairs to sit, staff told us to take the dining chairs ourselves up there if we want to sit up there 4. Smell really horrible and all doors jammed, 5. Pictures is not the same when booking, so disappointed, we booked outdoors bathtub and not in, the excused the pictures not for the room. We pay over 5000 bath/night. Feel like I been scammed
