The reception is open from 9:00 to 12:00 and 17:00 to 19:00. During the summer months it is closed on Sunday afternoons and during the winter it is closed on Wednesdays and Sunday afternoons. If you plan to arrive outside of these hours, please contact the residence in advance. For stays of under 4 nights: cleaning (except kitchen and dishes), bed linen and towels are included. For stays between 4 to 6 nights: towels are not included and can be rented on site. Please note that an end-of-stay cleaning fee is not included in the price. You can choose to pay the fee or clean the accommodation yourself. Bed linen is included but beds are not made upon arrival. For stays of 7 nights or more: please note that an end-of-stay cleaning fee is not included in the price. You can choose to pay the fee or clean the accommodation yourself. "Emplacement parfait mais logement décevant."

L’emplacement est idéal! A deux min à pieds de la plage et piscine à débordement vue mer également. Une aire de jeux pour les enfants très appréciable. Au milieu d’un écrin de verdure.

Je pense que nous n’avons pas eu le meilleur logement…propreté et entretien très moyens et très forte odeur d’humidité dans la salle de bains vraiment très gênante. Très bon accueil mais je pense qu’il faut revoir le ménage!

"Très bon séjour avec tout sur place ( plage et piscine) mais relief accidenté ... ( pour prévenir)"

Le cadre somptueux avec une végétation méditerrannéenne luxuriante et de toute beauté. Des allées partout pour aller et venir. Attention domaine pentu avec des nombreux escaliers partout, donc être en bonne forme et mobile ! nous avons été quant à nous hereux d'évoluer sportivement dans ce domaine .

Parfois propreté limite dans les recoins... Piscine à débordement magnifique mais nombreuses infractions de nombreux locataires ( tabac-maillots de bains caleçons- grosses bouées ... la piscine était bondée pour le pont de l'ascension.La plage commençait à l'être aussi ) . Je pense que l'été ce doit être terrible et nous éviterons à cette période.

Un Cadre exceptionnel ! La résidence est très bien située avec l'accès à la plage à pied, ses petits commerces et restaurants autour ( petit clin d'œil au restaurant Tamaris plage qui est juste au bord de la mer les plats sont délicieux et l'accueil très chaleureux ! ). La vue depuis la piscine est magnifique ! Être entouré de verdure est vraiment magnifique et le centre ville Le Lavandou vraiment trop mignon !

Ce que j'ai moins aimé est la vétusté des appartements ( un petit rafraîchissement n'est pas de refus et peut rendre le cadre encore mieux c'est dommage car il y a un énorme potentiel ! ) et un accueil style petit plateau d'hôtel avec bouteille d'eau, dosette de café, sachets de thé ou autre aurait été parfait ! Sinon c'est magnifique et L'accueil est très chaleureux.

Le fait de ne pas avoir de housse pr les couettes devoir la poser dessus . Très chaudes au passage Pas pratique pour la pièce principale mal agencé Salle de bain vétuste
