CHpersonal super freundlich und hilfsbereit, halfen uns mit transport und wir hatten auch die jungle tour über das hotel gebucht der guide wusste über die Tiere und allgemein über den jungle sehr gut bescheid.

FRLa prise en charge s’est fait facilement depuis la station de bus. La chambre était spacieuse et confortable (avec un grand lit et une moustiquaire). Le personnel était très sympathique.

The whole place is a 10/10 and the food on the premises is delicious😋😋😋 We would like to give a big thank-you to Putri for the great communication from the date we booked and throughout our stay and to Nani for always greeting us daily at the reception/restaurant area with her genuine smile. “Big SHOUT OUT to Jack and Rico for being excellent guides during our two day jungle trekking…..and of course a big thank you to Junet our amazing taxi driver who picked us up at the airport and at the end of our stay drove us to lake Toba in the most professional way possible🙏🙏😊😘🦧
That we could not stay longer
BESurrounded by rice fields was amazing. The room was clean and AC was good and silent. The bathroom was very beautiful and hot shower. You can take easily a tuktuk to bukit lawang village.
The staff were very grumpy. Ordering food is super slow so eat somewhere else and also the portions were small. You can leave you stuff when doing the jungle trek but they charge money per person per night which is sad if you book also a night with them at the end of the trek.
