It’s beautiful and clean

That the air conditioning cannot be reduced lower than 20. That there’s no proper dining table for room service. The female receptionist is not friendly and ignores requests

Firstly we would like to applaud the service we received from the staff. Absolutely spectacular. We will be coming back. The premises has calming energy. We loved the splash pool, the food, size of the room too. We also enjoyed the entertainment area. Again, I repeat, the service was spectacular.

Not much on what we didn't like, but more of a recommendation: TV in the rooms and wifi in the dining and entertainment area.
