Fort Harrison State Park Inn

I loved the area with the fire pit. It rained so we could not utilize it but for those who can....you should. There were rows of rocking chairs but we never did figure out how to get out to set in those. Super cute though. Lots of choices for breakfast. Room was huge!!!

Carpet was very stained or dirty. Room had a funky smell. Pictures looked as though we would be staying in a country setting. We were totally surprised to be right on a main road. Pictures show an on site restaurant and pub. Those photos should be taken off the website as the lounge/pub used to be there but no longer is open. When I asked the front desk where it was located, he had no clue what I was talking about, guessing it has not been open in awhile. We could see the room that previously was the pub. Never found an onsite restaurant. I

Great character, love the historic background. We had a tornado warning during my stay and the staff handled it very professionally.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. Loved our room. Beautiful property.

The tub didn’t drain properly. I thought my husband mentioned this to someone before we left but he did not. When taking a shower there was several inches of standing water. It did drain eventually.

The building and interiors are stunning.

Carpet in the room needs some cleaning.

Beautiful old building, Victorian features intact and cared for. Beautiful environment and lovely staff. A gem.
