Located in a quiet street, 10 minutes walk to the main beach road. We enjoyed the pool and quiet surroundings and the staff were very friendly. Rooms were very pretty, spacious and recently renovated. Some balconies faced the reception or pool but we had a nice view on the 3rd floor. Rooms were cleaned well every day by a very sweet family. Most problems were dealt with quickly with a good attitude and the manager was very helpful in moving our luggage to their guesthouse. We met a lot of other families there, which was nice. I loved the relaxed, easygoing vibe.

While the staff were very friendly and always with a smile, they were not always available at the front desk. There were some issues with water while we were there, the air-conditioning didn't work properly when we arrived and we had to really complain about it to get someone to fix it. The premises were not always super clean. For a couple it seems great but for a family with three children, the pool wasn't always clean (we removed a lot of bugs on our own). We also found more closer places to stay on the main beach road for cheaper (although without a pool) and that did not involve crossing a main road with a stroller every time. We ended up staying at their guesthouse (Clear House, without the resort) and it was a better price and location.

Salty water in the swimming pool ! When I ask for help with taxi the told me “ bolt is cheaper “ Old airco . Stops working in last night they were unable to fix it . But anyway stays cool in the room No breakfast so no reasons to complain in the comments;) That was last place in our 4 weeks trip in Thailand- nothing bad about hotel there are just better places to stay in Thailand than Kamala.( Phuket )

Room was clean and a good size.

TV control was extremely difficult. Too far from the beach.

Sauberkeit war nur ausreichend Manchmal fehlte nach dem Auffüllen Kaffeeweißer oder Zucker. Man musste dann halt nochmal nachfragen.
