The location is awesome and view is breathtaking. The food was also not too bad. The lunch and dinner options was more enjoyable.

Very poorly maintained property. The wooden flooring in the room was detached at some places. The sheets and towels had stains all over. Luckily we had our own towels. The worst thing about our Mountain View Family Suite was that it didn't have a window that opened nor a balcony. We were jailed inside the room and hance couldn't enjoy the weather from the room. The restaurant had flies all over. The lampshades were all stained and looking really bad. The waiter in the restaurant was having cold and kept wiping his nose with a towel in midst of moving plates etc around which was so unhygienic and disgusting. The towels the used to wipe plates and tables were old rugs which were hung outside the restaurant. The breakfast wasnt tasty at all. Overall totally disappointed. We opted this for a getaway from the scorching heat but didn't serve the purpose as we were trapped inside the glass jail.

The staff was extremely helpful, all of them. The view of the valley from room was as seen from the photos, truly beautiful. The property is located off the main town and thus is peaceful. The service was pretty good. Breakfast options were good.

Food was exceptional and tasty with limited kitchen staff. Breakfast and dinner as taken during the stay which was very delicious. Recommended to have varieties of food and would prefer to have some fish items to the non veg food category.

The bathroom shower area floor tiles were completely damaged and found protruded which can harm the guest while taking shower (Room G4) which was reported to the reception team. Room separation area ( drawing room to bedroom and bedroom to bathroom ) elevated separation tiles with sharp edges which harmed the guests. In addition, the separation tile kept outside bathroom door area is with height and all family members foot struck at least twice during the usage of the toilet.

Property was not at all good
