The staff was friendly and helpfull. The room was clean.

The walls are very "thin", so you can hear the other guests in the other rooms. The wall pluggs "light up" when it is on, so you have this red lights on in the night. Also the outside lights shine through the curtains and blinds. So basically the room is all "lit up" when it should actually be dark in order to sleep. But other than that, everything was great.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, modern and comfortable. There are lovely pools and gardens with nice views of the mountains and is situated centrally to many attractions in the area near the Cradle of Mankind. The buffet breakfast was very nice.

Due to natural spring water coming down from the mountain after a rain, some of the grass areas gets soaked and some pathways have running water on them, making it a bit difficult to walk along. Perhaps some clear brick or cement walkways could be added that make it easier to waljk trough the gardens.

As someone who stays in Joburg, I really loved the quietness of the place. They’re stuff is amazing

We booked a jacuzzi and it wasn’t clean, the water looked dirty and had a bit of smell so we didn’t really enjoy our session.
