Clean, well looked after and plenty of room for us. Location was perfect too.

Calm and quiet place

It was a lovely place, really clean and comfortable and the kids loved it. Wish we had booked for longer. Will definitely come again.

Our caravan was amazing, it was absolutely spotlessly clean, the bedding & towels some lovely touches like biscuits, milk in the fridge, toilet paper. Washing up liquid. Was in a great area easy to get to all the places we wanted to visit, Crantock beach, fistral, great western beach. Absolutely loved our stay thankyou we'll see you again thanks ever so 🤩

Hard to say anything bad really, but a suggestion maybe, we took our 13 yr old son & Friend went to the games room few machines out of order a pool table would have been brilliant. And wasn't sure if there was entertainment area would have been great in the evenings. We did have a lovely drink in the Piskie Inn.

We found the caravan very comfortable and clean. I didn’t realise on booking that it had 2 bathrooms, which was a pleasant surprise with having a teenager. The shower pressure was strong and it easy to adjust the temperature. We cooked on a few occasions and did this we great ease as the kitchen was well equipped with pots, pans and utensils. There where a few games, tv and dvd player which came in handy on the day we had rain. The site the caravan was situated on was clean and quiet, we made use of the pool which you booked on the day at 9am, it opened from 10-4.45 for the visitors and it was pleasantly warm. The shop was open 9-5pm and had all the bits and bobs you may need and was reasonably priced. We didn’t use the pixie inn as we tended to venture out to Newquay which is only a 10 minute drive away. The location was fantastic for us as crantock beach was 5 min drive away, we visited the Bowwie inn as the views over the bay where fab, fistral beach was 10 minutes away and st Ives was less than an hour away. We will definitely stay here again in the future to visit the beaches and coves that we missed out on. Thank you for a lovely holiday experience Jo!

Lovely caravan, nice decor, very comfortable, nice touches of throws, tea and biscuits very appreciated. Outside deck lovely and nice quiet location, close to Newquay - about 10min drive.

What would make it exceptional are just a few things - replace rusty radiators in both bathrooms (1 leaks), needs some ambient lighting in the living room i.e. a lamp! Small glasses, glass wine glasses, 1 smaller frying pan, a smaller washing up bowl that fits the sink, a nest of tables in lounge, washing up brush.

Lovely caravan that was clean and modern, had everything you needed ideal for family’s little park opposite short drive to the beach would definitely book again for longer next time personally for that area this time of year it was a bargain the kid’s preferred it to some of the posh cottages

Lovely and clean with brilliant facilities! Me and my friends loved being able to come back to such a nice place after our long days out.

My friend wasn’t the happiest that he got stuck with the sofa bed as the mattress was a little thin 😂 (but he’s a very fussy sleeper so I didn’t pay attention to him)
