The Pod at Hollingwell House - Glamping NC500 Edderton

LOVED it here! We booked very last minute but we were so pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The property is just beautiful and the view is stunning. We so wished we could have stayed for longer. The bed is super comfortable (probably the best nights sleep we had on our journey), and they have everything you would need there for you. David is also a wonderful host and we can't wait to return!

To be sure I think it’s a little cramped for four adults but we got by

Great little glamping pod with fully working facilities, and decking space out front. Ample parking and nice views. Owners were amazing. We had an issue of the cleaner not arriving before our visit from the last guests. However the owner sorted this out themselves in no time at all and we're really lovely about it. Beds were comfy, even the sofa bed and the room was nice and warm.

The location isn't as private as I expected as you are right next to a horse paddock and stables so feel a little overlooked if you want to use the outside space. But the people were all friendly and watching the horses was nice. Just something to consider.

A cute, idyllic looking pod overlooking great views. This pod is on a equestrian site so it is nice to watch the horses and the lessons taking place. The pod is as described and there is a TV where you can log into apps such as netflix and iplayer. Perfect for 1-2 nights but perhaps a bit small for a longer stay though that is down to personal preference.

The pod gets quite cold so you need to keep the heating on during cooler climates. The shower is also very small.
