PICA Chichibu

On a eu l'agréable surprise de faire cuire notre repas du soir au barbecue. Super expérience pour les amateurs d'outdoor (il faut juste être conscient que repas compris= se faire cuire soi-même le repas) Le cadre nature est super, le personnel est efficace et a des tablettes de traduction pour faciliter les échanges.

Decent sized cabin, had shower and toilet.

Location was not ideal. Bus barely runs (every 2 hours). Taxis stop at 10 pm. Was not informed that Taxis and our buses stopped when I asked how to get to Town.

The staff were extremely helpful! We needed to get into town for a festival and they called a taxi for us since we didn’t know how and then asked the taxi driver to show us how we could return. We had missed the busses do it saved the trip!! Plus the location is so lovely!

The onsen was divine. THE AIR CONDITIONER IS ALSO A HEATER! I didn't realize until the morning after. Quiet and serene. Well organized bbq.

The light switches didn't always work. I didn't realize I'd be doing a mini hike to get to my room, wish there was a shuttle service for when you are carrying heavy bags.

Le lit est affreusement dur. La place dans le chalet est très restreinte. La localisation très loin du centre ville avec des bus qui s'arrêtent très tôt (pour le yomatsuri en tout cas)

Staff was friendly and helpful. Very smooth. It is very well managed and convenient

English explanations missing so I had to use a translator app to make sure I was taking care of garbage correctly etc. I would like instructions on what to do with the used sheets and towels
