Wee Hoose Glamping 3

Facilities and location was perfect to climb Ben Hope and Ben Klibreck after a long drive. Kevin was on hand upon arrival to show me around and fixed me up with a perfect breakfast to get me on my way the following morning. Would definitely return and bring the family the next time. Being in a light pollution free zone the milky way was amazing.... Red deer were not bad either !

Excellent stay with very friendly host and everything you could need in the pod. After being in a tent this was fantastic! However if you are expecting a 5 star hotel this is not for you.

Very minor but there are no electric sockets next to the bed to charge phones and use them at the same time. But this is probably extremely hard to install! The bed also did sink quite a bit so if that's not to your liking then it won't be very comfortable for you.

It was a fun place to stay. Kevin is a legend. Breakfast was huge and delicious. Hearing and seeing the stags in the distance was magical.

There is little privacy in the toilet. If you are used to camping you will be fine.

Great little camping pods just 20 mins from the NC500. the drive down was absolutely beautiful and received a warm welcome from Kevin. He was knowledgeable of the area and gave tips for walks locally. The pod has everything you need, including a comfy bed, shower and the ingredients for an incredible breakfast that you cook at your leisure. I stayed at the end of October and there was a little heater and an extra blanket so I didn't get cold. Brilliant value, I had a great stay.

Lovely little place, we couldn't fault it at all. It had everything we needed plus a full scottish breakfast, which we had for our evening meal and we cooked it in the under cover out door kitchen, equipped with gas hob or you could use the barbecue. As we had never been anywhere like this before we throughly enjoyed it. We travelled with 2 dogs it's was a bit cosy but we didn't mind. The shower was excellent. We would highly recommend.

Kevin was the perfect host and stepped through everything in our wee house. A big breakfast was left for us. Quiet surrounds to de-stress from life

Get there in daylight hours. Could be hard to find at night. :) Don't have too many bags, otherwise you will find moving things around awkward, its cute but not big.

Bit of a rustic Wee House experience. Located off the beaten trail in fantastic countryside. Watched Red Deer on the hillside, Salmon leaping in near by river and flypast by RAF. Cooking facilities limited to camping stove, but had great fun cooking by candlelight our supplied breakfast as an evening meal. The host was friendly and entertaining, as were our neighbours.
