Eigenaren heel gastvrij en helpen je rond in het gebied met activiteiten. De hostin kan geweldig koken, je kan kiezen of je mee eet met lunch/, diner. Er is een mooi strand in de buurt, 30min met de scooter door een prachtige omgeving die nog niet ontdekt is door het massa toerisme.

Ligt aan een weg met luidruchtige motors, iets om rekening mee te houden. Basic faciliteiten (maar wel authentiek)

Martha and Rein were incredibly kind and thoughtful bejng the best hosts Ive had this trip. Martha made beautiful meals and they both were so considerate as they wanted me to have the real local experience. They took me to mangroves, a waterfall, a local ceremony and to their families houses to pick fruit. I highly recommend staying here!

No aircon in room but fan was enough

Great location if you want to be with the locals...the cottage is in a little town village...everything you need is nearby..Martha and Reinhard are great host ps who went out of their way to help and to make anything happen..everything was smooth..If you decide to eat at the cottage, th3 food is deliciously cooked..they are building a new cottage which will be even better.,everything was as advertised..if you like to live simply it is a good place..everything is minimal but fine..,I stayed 15 days because there s a l9t to do and to feel in the area..wifi service was great cellphone is good the shower is cold but the heat makes it enjoyable!

There s nothing I didn t like as everything was as stated and clear in the beginning...

Dit is een echte homestay waar je verblijft in het huis van Martha en Reinhard. Martha kook lekker. Reinhard spreekt goed Engels. Ze zijn een heel lief en gastvrij koppel! Het gebied is momenteel nog weinig toeristisch maar wij genoten alvast enorm van het leven en de natuur daar. Je kan in het verblijf een scooter huren om bv. naar Paal beach of Pulisan beach te gaan (20 a 30 min rijden door een prachtige groene streek). Ook gingen wij met Reinhard en kapitein Mickey varen/peddelen in een mangrove op slechts 5 minuten van hun huis: prachtig! Onze kamer was deze op het gelijkvloers. Ietwat basic en met een ventilator. Wij hadden niets meer nodig.

W zasadzie mam problem, żeby dobrze ocenić ten obiekt. Z jednej strony kontakt z właścicielem był bardzo dobry. Widać, że stara się dobrze prowadzić ten lokal i ma określone plany na przyszłość. Z drugiej strony cena za noc jest absurdalnie wysoka względem tego, co dostajemy. W pokoju jest gorąco, wiatrak nie pomaga. Nie ma ciepłej wody, ale to paradoksalnie nie przeszkadza z uwagi na temperaturę. Problemem dla mnie okazało się jednak to, że jednego wieczoru byliśmy namawiani na wspólny posiłek, by dwa (!!!) dni po wyjeździe dostać informację, że nie zapłaciliśmy za obiad. Ostrzegam przed tym, bo nigdzie wcześniej nie pojawiła się informacja o tym, że jest to płatny posiłek i sądziłem, że jest on wliczony w wysoką cenę za noc.

Reinhard und Martha sind sehr freundlich und kümmern sich um die kleinen und großen Probleme, die so ein Aufenthalt mit sich bringt. Sie möchten den Tourismus in der Region voran bringen und die Touren, die sie anbieten begleiten sie voller Enthusiasmus. Ein Teil des Erlöses geht wohl auch in Projekte der Region. Man wohnt in dem Homestay schon recht integriert.

Die Ausstattung ist schon sehr einfach. Als Brausekopf muss dann eben auch eine alte Blechdose herhalten. Das Bad ist ein Gemeinschaftsbad, was nur schwer aus der Beschreibung zu entnehmen ist und nicht für jeden passt. Die Zimmer sind aus halbdichten Bastmatten und absolut hellhörig, zumal das Homestay direkt an einer Straße liegt. Die laufenden Kosten sind transparent und es heißt immer: die Abrechnung machen wir am Schluss. Die Kosten sind für indonesische Verhältnisse eher grenzwertig.

Je ne comprends pas les notes de ce homestay. Celui-ci se trouve à 3m d'une route où passent des mobylettes très bruyantes. De plus, Reinhard le propriétaire est une personne malhonnête. Il a voulu nous refiler une chambre sans fenêtre qui ne correspondait pas au descriptif avec balcon. Devant notre refus de rester dans ce trou à rats et notre désir de partir, il nous a dit, avant de nous quitter pour aller à un rendez-vous de demander le remboursement via booking, remboursement qu'il a refusé par la suite. Avant de nous quitter précipitamment, il nous a dit revenir dans 20 minutes. 2 heures après, on attendait toujours, à jeun et sans solution pour partir. Il a fini par nous envoyer un chauffeur qui nous a facturé 3 fois le prix habituel des transports. Quant à Reinhard, on ne l'a jamais revu et n'a jamais répondu à nos multiples sollicitations. Pour nous, ce homestay est le pire rencontré lors de notre voyage à Sulawesi et Reinhard sera le seul indonésien malhonnête et menteur que nous aurons croisé.

Marta et reihnart ont été très accueillants et ils se sont décarcassės pour nous faire plaisir. Les repas étaient délicieux. Reihnart nous a organisé notre journée et c'était très bien. Nous nous sommes sentis en famille -, ce sont des gens formidables.

Marta and Rein are very kind! The food is delicious! It's possible to rent a scooter and explore the surroundings. Pulisan beach is very nice for snorkeling if you have your own equipment. Personally I loved the kayak activity on the mangrove. I saw some nice birds. I got a great massage from Alan, very relaxing. Also visited a local moonshine distillery :) and a plastic recycling unit. Likupang is not very touristy but I encourage you to visit this place if you like adventures and get off the beaten trails !
