it was convenient and nice

smell of smoke in the caravan and communication with host was a little delayed

Ann was lovely, met us at the caravan and showed us how to do heating and let us know any problems we could just call her. Very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Good location in between in Skegness and ingoldmells Would stay again.

We noticed the lamp in bedroom of kids room smelt of burning and smoke was coming from it my son came and told me which was lucky as it would of prob caught fire with how much smoke was coming off it so abit worrying had he not told me but just unplugged and let owner know on leaving.
