The staff was not very helpful. The inside of the Hobbit hole was very very basic. I would also love a spot the just hang out, like in a hammock of beanbag. The location is very welcoming but they don’t offer it.

The ceiling in our room where we stayed has leaked during rainy days. Water runs in the floor and the foam is partially soaked because of the rain water. We are very dissappointed. Good thing we have an extra bed since we book for 5.

The area is uphill, which made access difficult. The room lock was damaged, and there was only one outlet, making it hard to charge our devices properly. Additionally, there were no free toiletries provided.
