GBLocation was perfect. Accommodation was spotless and well equipped. Staff helpful and friendly.
No bedside lighting was awkward.
GBProperty was tidy & clean apart from little spiders & cobweb. Property near beach & has facilities we can use even if booked with booking.com. It is privately owned. Checking in is straight forward. Nice cosy family caravan which could fit 5 guests in my opinion cos there were 1 double & 3 single beds.
Downsides were: The email said we were offered use of facilities at discounted price BUT staff at reception did not have a clue about discount. We paid just for 24hour use in full. Not everyone in my group used the facilities as a result. Bit expensive if you just want to use pool. The email confirmation mentioned a wifi password but we cannot find any broadband or device abailable for B43. Just found B42 & B44.

Everything was great but the net curtains did have mould of them and we couldn’t cook in the oven due to it not cooking properly. But it was still amazing!

Beds are quiet small and the bathroom also. But still very comfortable
GBWe come regularly to Shorefield, was a bit dubious about booking through a third party as we have had issues in the pass, but Tammy and Jamal are amazing, so helpful with site passes, popped round to check everything was ok, absolutely recommend booking.
GBGBLocation . Playground and quiet roads for toddler to ride his bike . Caravan was simple but tidy and clean . Staff were very helpful. Little shop was good.
Caravan was tidy and clean but looking tired in some areas and some things didn't work properly. It needs some tlc . It was OK for 3 days but any longer with a toddler in tow isn't ideal. Unfortunately it wasn't clear on the booking that we were booking though an independent owner not the actual park therefore we had to pay extra for the use of club house entertainment which was not clear on booking. On that note we were disappointed that for children to enjoy any activities they have to be at least 4 years old .
GBThe mobile home was lovely inside. Quite luxurious, well equipped and beautifully clean. The beds were super comfy, , there was plenty of space and the shower was really powerful for a really refreshing cleanse. It was easy to work out how to use everything in the home and the owners were so accommodating if I needed to ask anything and super quick to reply . The area is stunning with beautiful wood walks right on site. Once you navigate the area and work out where amenities are local attractions etc, then your stay can accommodate everyone's needs. Overall we were really impressed and will definitely go back.
The only real issue we had wasn't with our mobile home owners but more so the on site rules of having to pay extra to use their ammenities and restaurant , it was not just a small fee, but quite a high fee of £18 each just to go in them , plus extra for what you decided to use . So maybe that should change or the site should arrange super discount with mobile owners
