GBGBLovely site and only short walk to a great beach. Good pool and well equipped site shop.
Bathroom and toilet were very compact. Caravan position backed onto a quarry which could be a little noisy at times. Parking bays too narrow.
GBThe grounds are nice the bar staff are very welcoming, arcades no staff for my children to use there tickets to purchase items. Everywhere was nice and clean, hottub man very nice. The guy who fixed the tv after 4 tvs atemps thanks to him
Work men come into the lodge while my mother and nana are poorly in bed with nobody letting us know this is absolutely uncalled for we are really not happy about this
NZThe outdoor deck - the very helpful park reception who tried very hard to help and also felt your communication was poor!
The stains on the indoor and outdoor furntiure and carpets - finding out an hour later than arrival time the entry instructions and that ‘linen’ didn’t include towels - the dog poop everywhere - broken components ie gate lock, door lock, kitchen cupboards delaminating - outdoor furniture needing a clean before able to use - little amounts of soap/body wash and unable to use as pump bottle broken - no tea/coffee/milk provided - the wet bathroom mat making us question whether the linen was clean also - poor communication methods not everyone has what’s apt but do have emails!

Not having a cheese grater. The over hanging tree branches, were extremely annoying, they bashed the caravan roof and kept us awake.... The lighting was to dim and there was no sky TV. But great with everything else.

Nothing all good. Except the creme brulee wasn't creme brulee by any stretch otherwise all was great
