Staff is 10/10,breakfast is great. Facilities are extremely clean and maintained. The girl cleaning the showers and toilets should get a raise.

For older people some taller camp chairs would be nice. The emails are bizarre. Every email has the complete history, the links don't translate and after I paid, I kept getting the bank info. 2 emails a day at first for 2 weeks and then nothing. Not a big deal but after someone pays that should be that.

Breakfast was delicious. Tents were comfortable. The toilets were exceptionally clean.

Showers were too small. The camp was further away than advertised.

The noise from the camp next door was unbelievably loud. Not GP tents fault and nothing they can do about it but makes it really hard to sleep.

Positive: The bathrooms and toilets well very clean with toilet papers, and soap. The staff is very friendly and helpful, with smile and positive approach. The breakfast is quite rich and good variety of food choice.

Negative: It is not visible from the pictures, but the whole location is on the hill, and majority of the tents are not flat. So, it becomes very fast a bit uncomfortable to sleep, sit on angled surface. The cars are also parked no ideally. We had the rain the day we were leaving, and I had issues with my car, on muddy, hilly grass (despite the fact that I have SUV). During morning breakfast, were no trays, so, if you take a plate of food, bowl of muesli, cutlery, you can’t take also cup of coffee or something in addition. A tray would make the life much easier. The power banks that were offered were only USB-A, and majority of phones in the last 3 years are USB-C. So, they were actually not usable. Since most of the people couldn’t use the power banks, they had to rely on power-outlets. And there were not enough of them. Every morning end evening, people had to fight for it, and search for 10 minutes for any available one. I would expect the organization to put much more sockets in the food tent. Especially when there were so many people. The worst thing is the loud music. Yes, there are quiet hours in GPTents, but the property next by, didn’t acre about it. And they were playing loud music until 4AM. It is probably out of control of GPTent organization, but it was impossible to sleep nevertheless. There was no free WiFi at all, only for staff!

The staff was fantastic. They were always friendly and helpful with big smiles on their faces. Overall, the site was clean and comfortable. The charging stations in the big tent are much appreciated. The food was terrific and quite affordable for dinners.

Our only big issue was the extremely loud music coming from the campsite next door (not GP Tents' fault, and the staff really did try to help) on Thursday and Friday. The other issue was not enough hot water in the showers.

The food available was amazing! Shower and toilet blocks were very clean and always a cleaner around. It was quiet after a certain time of night. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our car wouldn't start the morning we needed to check out and there was someone there within 5 minutes to help jump start it. Can't complain at all.

Unfortunately although the site was quiet the next-door campsite wasn't so be prepared also the menu became boring after a couple of nights but the food we had was excellent .Also be warned big hills to the circuit
