Excellent location to see the surrounding countryside with Dartmoor visible from afar. The facilities were great and it was nice to be able to have access to a warm shower which is a bit of a game changer for us. Bringing extra strong ground stakes for your tent is a must on the days that the wind was stronger than expected. Wind breaks available on the perimeter of the field but do pitch your tent correctly being mindful that the wind can change direction a full 180 degrees within 24hrs.

What I didn’t like about the pitch was that there wasn’t anything to fault.

The tent was much bigger than I was expecting, it was so cosy, it had absolutely everything and more that i needed, and the furniture inside the tent was so cute also. Also the tent was very weatherproof and despite the rain it was very sturdy and also no bugs got in the tent. Everything was super clean and I honestly was quite amazed by the whole experience. The view from the tent was also incredible and so peaceful.
