"A lovely place to stay."

The hut was in a nice location with easy access to the local area and beyond. The hut itself was very comfortable....especially the bed and the toilet facilities were spotless. The owner was very friendly and went above the usual 'call of duty' by letting my 9yr old son collect the chicken eggs with him, which was very kind. The childs play area saw lots of use by my son and the wildlife we experienced was great (Frogs, Bats, Dragonflies, Owls, Grass snakes). We made the most of some lovely dog walks around the fields. We would definitely visit again.

There was nothing that was bad.

"Absolutely love Shephard's hut and campsite. The pond is brilliant. A gem of a campsite."

The location is brilliant. Very quiet and secluded. Rob the host is brilliant. Super friendly and always there if you need anything. We absolutely love the pond at the campsite. Lots of open swimming.

Nothing much. Could do with a bit more cooking pots and pans.
