La Salamandra

I loved the experience of being in touch with the nature and in a familiar space. The tent, blanket and sheets were clean, comfortable and spacious for me. A guy with 1.80 feet. Also the staff were amazing previously, during and after, giving me the best suggestions about what do to in ladrilleros and juanchaco with the best prices. I definitely would come back someday.

Perfect for me

Very cozy place. Camping tends very clean, remarkable attention and kind people, feels like home. Food was delicious and fresh. can’t describe how good it feels to be surrounded by all the nature there is around. great place for wildlife photography and get trough the jungle on boat with a local guide. (he was really polite and patient with us).

Perfect stay in this hostel. The owners welcomed us super friendly and were very helpful with everything. The tents are spacious and comfortable. Everything is very new and clean. The place is in mere nature! Location is very close to the Ladrilleros Beach. Nice Restaurants and grocery stores close by. We had a great time!

Since there is hardly any cell phone reception, wifi would be a great service. In addition, a freely accessible refrigerator or a small cooking facility would be helpful for a camping, as they don’t serve breakfast or lunch/dinner as well a small chill out area or hammocks would be a great addition for this campsite. There is just one shared shower and one toilet for all the camping guests. It was not a problem since we were the only guests during the whole week but if all the tents are booked it can be very busy. The local family who takes care of the camping was hardly not there and not so welcoming in the beginning but after a few days they helped us kindly with organizing a nice trip and moto taxis.

The price was fair

The meals were too expensive, the place would do much better if they lowered the prices

The hostel was clean and good price.

The beaches in Bahía Malaga were not clean. They have a serious problem with plastic.
