Our unit advertising as sleeping 4. Did not specify 1 double and 2 children's beds.

Quiet and peaceful with far reaching views

Not a lot. The place was awesome. They could do with a poolside shower but apart from that it was great.

The site was immaculate very clean

I felt that there should of been some lighting on the driveway where caravans were as it was very dark

Everything; extremely clean, comfortable, excellent location, friendly and helpful staff ...

I upgraded this time to a gold caravan the caravan was lovely but then I got locked in bathroom,

The lock on bathroom door was broken I went to toilet and couldn't get out bathroom, I was in there for 35 minutes and had to climb onto window and jump. I have a lung disease all my meds were not with me, my friend wasn't arriving until ghe next day so I was alone. I had no shoes on and now have bruises all over top of my arm. I called them and a new handle and lock had to be fitted and I left the property on Sunday as I was not good. I have sent photos of my arm and foot, I asked manager what could be done regarding my injuries like a replacement holiday or refund and was only offered a main dish at restaurant

Whilst the menu at The Purple Badger was limited, the food was very good.

The bedrooms were extremely small and cramped. The accommodation had three bedrooms but would have better suited two.

Liked location with my elderly mum

I thought there was a tv in bedroom for a bit luxury for my mum but no tv, also radiators was full of rust and blinds were all bent up, have booked here before and always had tv in bedroom and nice caravans but this last holiday put me off booking in future and beds were so uncomfortable in the twin bedroom. Will not be using booking.com to book again
