"We enjoyed the caravan and exploring the local area."

The bathroom had lots of hooks and was very spacious. The living are was spacious and the kitchen well-equipped.

While I understand the reason, not offering towels was a nuisance to us as we are cycle touring. We also found the sofa uncomfortable but that is personal choice

The van had everything you need.

It was freezing,drafts from doors and windows. Know on cooker not safe. Van not level. Was booked for 2 nights,only stayed 1
