Suitehuts @ Silverstone

Our check in was really easy, Kevin took us straight to our glamping tent he was very helpful, the tent and beds were spotlessly clean, the bar and puzza van on the site were excellent, the showers were good, the ladies toilets were all good, the only slight complaint was that there could have been more men’s toilets, location really good. Hopefully see you next year 👍🏻

Not enough men’s toilets especially in the morning as a couple were out of use.

Very close to the track, lovely place to eat and drink too!

Location to silverstone circuit, cleanliness and facilities in the huts. Bar, food outlet were excellent. Majority of the staff were unbelievably helpful.

Unless I missed it, it doesn't say in the description to bring bedding. There was 2 blankets but my partner got very cold. Asked for a 3rd blanket but we didnt receive one.

Great location for Silverstone and the staff were lovely.

The only positive thing I can say is the location

I had booked a Shepherds Hut but got a Bunkabin (i.e.Portacabin) instead. Below is what was offered on the website Just two minutes’ walk from the main Silverstone circuit entrance (Yes agreed), our stylish cabins (not Shepherds Huts as advertised but Portacabin) sleep two people in either double or twin beds and are available with flushing ensuite toilet & shower, super-comfy beds (No - Hard as a rock and with waterproof lining underneath the sheets made for uncomfortable sleeping when it was hot. Fresh linen (That was only the sheet - blanket completely in practical in the summer months fluffy pillows (not fluffy and only one pillow supplied) as well as: 24 hour reception (Not tested but Terry was helpful to assist in location of property upto 9pm) Onsite parking (Yes) Residents’ bar (agree there was a bar - with very friendly staff), cocktail lounge (NO) and catering (NO) Fully cooked breakfast available each morning - (NO) Dining marquee -(NO) Complimentary toiletries - (NO) On-site evening entertainment​ - (Music being played from IPAD) Toilet and shower blocks (NO - but not need) I had pre-requested a kettle, not big deal when not in room, but asked Terry he was happy to give us one, however the cups supplied had seen better days ("They are clean but could do with a bleach" - was the response we got) The grass in the area needed to be cut - probably about 30/40cm in height - so feet were wet before you even got out the area. We were supposed to stay for 4 nights which cost us £800, however we decided that three was more than enough ! I have tried to reach out to the contact 'Steve' - but no response has been received.

Accommodation was small, but exactly what we needed. Couldnt have asked for better. The host really went out of his way for the people at the accommodation, really. It was such an awesome vibe, the mobile bar area outside was great and met so many awesome people!
