Great location, close to Tattershall Castle which was what we wanted as we were attending a concert there. Good communication with owner and gave details on parking and walking route to castle. Very exceptionally clean and well equipped accommodation

"A home away from home, really enjoyed our stay!"

The caravan had everything we needed really. We brought our own towels and toiletries, which is pretty standard. The caravan was clean and homely and had plenty of room for a family of 4. The location was a short walk from the entertainment area which past the jet ski lake, which was great to see. Denise - the property owner was really lovely and informative, she contacted me before our trip and sorted our entertainment passes out and sent me the link for booking extra activities. She gave me additional information on things to do nearby. My family really enjoyed our trip and we would definitely book here for next time.

It’s not a fault of the owner but there’s a lot of geese and ducks around the caravan, you really have to be careful where you step as there was a lot of geese poo. It’s understandable that you remove shoes on entering the caravan, my baby was crawling on the floors inside so I only hope that everyone does remove shoes on entering.

Nice clean and quite location, good view of Tattershall Castle from living room window. Woodhall Spa being 10 minutes away was super usefull and a lovely little place full of independent retailers.
