Sleeping in the cabin is really about finding rest: very comfortable bed, no sounds, no distraction. Waking up with the birdsounds and feeling well-rested.

The place is very romantic and peaceful. We stayed during the month of August 2023 for our honeymoon, the weather wasn't the best (quite rainy) but this property made it quite special and cozy, there's all the necessary amenities. The surroundings are awesome if you love being in the woods, we saw 15 baby boars and a couple of deers, rabbits and many other animals. We grabbed wild black berries every morning for breakfast along the road. There is also a farm 10 mins walk, we had fresh milk and eggs(buy some bacon). Perfect base to hike and bike. Close enough by bike to the Lac de l'Eau d'Heure (30km back and forth), and the Grottes de Neptune, many cute little towns, abbeys, carrières, castles, etc. Super close to anything by car for being in such a remote place (including supermarkets). What made the stay the best, were the neighbors Lina and John they were super attentionated with us, the bikes at the place didn't work so John lent us his bikes(great bikes!), they gave us homemade honey and jam. They even took us in their car to see the surroundings and drink some beer in a cute little village. They made our stay do pleasant.

The heater wasn't working(the morning was chilly) , and the bikes were not ready when we arrived. Also the neighbors are building their house so lots of noise but if you close all the windows you barely hear anything. Also, no signal at the place you need to go out and walk a little to get some signal (which is not necessarily bad if you're in a honeymoon ;) ).

It was so good we decided to extend our dtay one more fay to enjoy the sun and the lake!!

Cozy, well equipped, quiet and the fact it had a fully equipped kitchen with bottles of water, coffee, tea, sugar etc. that gave us more independence. A fantastic breakfast brought to the door. Nice covered terrace

Didn’t have a bassin in the bathroom so had to brush your teeth in the kitchen sink!

Location, location, location. Top-spot in the woods, lovely quiet, love getting woken up by singing birds. Breakfastservice was offered, but we brought our own.

It’s nice, yet basic. No connection to mobile networks, no TV, really nice and quiet. I guess the kitchen countertop has been replaced, the oven’s plug doesn’t fit in the underneath socket anymore. Easy to resolve: put the oven ón the counter, there are more than enough sockets.

Location was nice - in a region that seemed to be for locals' cabins, so it was quiet around. Cabin itself had an amazing vibe and had all the amenities you can think of. Breakfast was delivered in the morning and had a great selection.
