Mobile Homes by KelAir at Camping Domaine des Ormes

Fantastic first stay at Les Ormes! Staff were great (we’d stayed at another campsite before, so we could compare). We loved the layout and peaceful location of our mobile home, with beds already made and easy contact with KelAir via WhatsApp. Our kids loved the water park, zip lines, and bikes. The small but well-stocked store, nice bar, pizza place, and BBQ area made everything easy. Even in the rain, the indoor pool saved the day!

Checkout before 10 AM could be chaotic, and let’s be honest, cleaning up the whole place (even with most of the work done the night before) with two kids running around isn’t exactly a 15-minute task. Even just one extra hour would’ve been really handy.

Staff were great. Early check in was very handy. The layout of the Mobile Home. The beds being already made. Easy to contact KelAir staff via WhatsApp. The secluded spot of our Mobile Home. Plus all of the usual plusses of Domaine des Ormes (we usually book directly, but thought KelAir was better!)

Spiders and hornets, but we coped!! It would be good to have a floor plan in the description on Booking.com

From when we arrived to Les Ormes, we were greeted by friendly, smiley, informative staff, who made our welcome a positive experience. Our home was clean and perfectly located for our family. With a reasonable size living space, and comfortable beds, our mobile home made our stay a very good first experience for us. The facilities around the campsite were reasonable priced, and easy to book onto. Our first visit to Les Ormes, we were spoilt for choice with the range of activities, available. This week we have had fun at the water park, doing the zip lines a couple of times, and hiring the bikes. There are so many other activities we didn’t get the chance to do, so we will just have to come back, in the not too long distant future. We have had a fantastic week in Domaine Les Ormes, it has been a fun filled week with stunning weather! The staff were amazing and very accommodating throughout our stay!

Great facilities plus friendly and helpful staff.

Slightly overdeveloped.

The caravan is set in a fantastic holiday park, it was a basic caravan which did the job for us.

The caravan has a very odd layout, toilet was located in the living area with no handwashing facilities, the caravan was located in an area of very dense trees making it always dark and there was no time when you didn’t need a light on.

A few issues with the caravan which didn’t distract our stay , however what was disappointing was how difficult it was to contact the kelair team Check in desk never manned , called the number left behind with no answer or return call

Fantastic location with wonderful facilities. The staff were all great, from the campsite staff to the Kelair reps. My parents brought me here as a kid in the early 00s and I brought my own kids back because I never forgot how much I enjoyed it, and it did not disappoint. It's even better than it was then and it looks like they're still adding new buildings and facilities. Can't recommend enough.

If I was being really picky, I'd like to see check in being a bit earlier then 3 or 4pm but at least you get to use all the facilities while you wait. Other than that, it's very hard to find fault.
