Awful, disgusting accommodation and rude staff. DO NOT BOOK HERE!!

Filthy, unhygienic and unsafe rooms and aggressive/unhelpful staff!! -Upon check-in, ‘clean’ pillow cases were covered in dead insects. When we closed the curtains at night, there were insect nests and live bugs and spiders emerged from inside the curtains located next to the beds. -Broken wooden furniture, damaged and mouldy outdoor umbrellas. -Listing stated there is allocated parking, however other guests park whenever they like- staff did not help manage this, so be mindful you may need to find parking elsewhere don’t rely on the advertised parking. -Photos used in advertising are misleading, see our photos attached for the condition of accommodation and more available on website reviews (only 4 photos allowed here) . -Not only were there safety issues including mould in the bedrooms, broken furniture and locks that didn’t work- the room was so unclean it’s hard to believe it had been cleaned at all. -This accommodation is not appropriate to be rented out and the condition is not as advertised. -We left in less than 24 hours and after reading other reviews, it appears we are not the only people who have complained about the same issues. -Staff wanted to charge us an extra €140 to move to another room, and another €60 cleaning fee, which is absolutely outrageous given the filthy room we had already paid a cleaning fee for (which they refused to refund). -We paid €757.50 total through Booking.com- the biggest rip off and the worst experience we have ever had during our many travels. The staff outright stated they only want our money and do not care about the concerns raised or helping us find a resolution unless we paid them more money (despite our payment being MORE than all other accommodation available to book on their website when we checked on the check in date and the day we left!!) We found superior accommodation options close by after the first horrendous night, for less money- so if you’re considering booking here, KEEP LOOKING!

Die Nähe zum See, super Ausblick, der Kinderpool und Wasserspiele Landschaft. Im Restaurant ist die Pizza super gut! Das Personal ist sehr nett. Die Anlage ist nicht groß und toll über mehrere Terassen angelegt.

Bei der Ankunft hatte das Mobilehome gefühlte 50 Grad, wir hatten aber nur 8h Klima pro Tag. Da muss man haushalten, oder man zahlt auf. Die Klima geht nur, wenn man den Schlüssel ansteckt, dh man muss zum Kühlen vor Ort sein, oder man lässt es offen.
