Property is clean and neat food is good many activties included atv ride.... And pool and budgeted stay

Staff behaviour is bad and no proper response. They charges extra everything for bath towel soap and breakfast they mentioned compliment but they charged.

I stayed at this property inside a coffee plantation and had a wonderful experience. The location of the property is very convenient as it is very close to the national highway, making it easy to travel to nearby tourist places. Despite being near the highway, the property offers a sense of isolation and is very secured and safe. The staff at the property are extremely cooperative and accommodating. They even provided a free room upgrade on weekdays, which was a pleasant surprise. The food served at the property was delicious and I thoroughly enjoyed every meal. Overall, I couldn't find a property with a similar setup at such an affordable price anywhere else in India. Additionally, the property also offers water activities such as a plunge-size swimming pool, rain dance, and mud volleyball. The icing on the cake is that they are also in the process of building a huge swimming pool, which I'm sure will be an added attraction in the future. I would like to commend the staff for their outstanding hospitality. They truly made my stay memorable and I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. They charged us extra money for the room. They increased the room tariff by almost 35%. They did not give the discount shown on booking.com while booking and they also took the commission account booking.com charges them from us. The hotel was also overbooked and they made us stay in some tents that was not booked by us.
